Emailed Case Status Requests (CSR): Sending a CSR via secure email to the ARC inbox is a great way to get the status of up to 20 cases at a time. Our current expected turnaround time has changed from 5 days to 3 days. Additional Information has been added to the CSR process.

Medicare: It is essential to inquire whether your consumer is enrolled in Medicare. Those who are enrolled and do not have tax dependents should utilize the Certain Population application rather than the online system. Enrollment in Medicare is not limited to individuals over 65; it also includes certain disabled individuals under 65. Being enrolled or eligible for Medicare can affect the programs for which a consumer may qualify.
