As renewal season approaches, now is the time to log in to your MNsure Broker Portal and confirm that your multi-factor authentication (MFA) is fully set up and working.

A few important reminders:

• Complete the entire MFA setup process, including scanning the QR code and adding MNsure to your authenticator app. 
• Do not delete your authenticator app or MNsure entry after setup. You will need it each time you access the portal. 
• If you claimed your account but did not finish setting up MFA, log in now and confirm you have access. 
• MFA resets should generally only be needed when moving to a new device. 

If you are unable to access your Broker Portal, contact the Broker Service Line now for assistance. Brokers must have access to their portal to assist clients throughout renewal season.
